CG100 Software

The CG-100 is a PC-based* SDI Character Generator that produces lower thirds, text rolls, text crawls and more.
The CG-100 can help create professional looking character generation at an affordable price. It can import .TGA animations, text files,
and still images and even use any font installed on your system. Eastern Asian right-to-left languages like Hebrew and Arabic can also
be applied (however, the character generator tools and menus are in English only). An added feature is the Live Operation Mode, in
which the CG-100 can also be used as a live on-screen typewriter.
Title pages can be composed and animated on any windows-based computer running the CG-100 at your event. Simply transfer any
generated files and the USB dongle key to any live event computer that contains a Blackmagic Design DeckLink card, and run the
sequence.
The CG-100 works easily with many of Datavideo’s switchers and Mobile Video Systems, like the SE-800, HS-800, SE-900 and MS-
900 to give superb quality graphics, text , and logo overlay on live productions. The CG-100 can also be used with other SDI or YUV
input switchers that have the Blackmagic Design DeckLink Studio and DeckLink SDI capture cards.**
